Want a little vacation feeling? Here are a few of the photos from my #AdriaRail23 train trip from #Italy.

An #EuroCity from #Trieste in #Barcola, the Ponte ferroviario di #PeschieradelGarda and the Viadotto ferroviario di #Desenzano.

The last two photos show respectively #Frecciarossa #ETR700 trains as they are used between Milano and Venezia.

Fun fact: The yacht you see in the background of the first photo costs 500 million euros, belongs to a Russian oligarch and is currently moored in Trieste. 😎

#Venice Mestre to #Milan by #Trenitalia 🇮🇹 #Frecciarossa #ETR700. This is an #AnsaldoBreda V250 trainset, originally designed for #Amsterdam 🇳🇱 to #Brussels 🇧🇪 services. There’s no proper @_DiningCar but a bar-buffet counter with a lovely host where one can buy drinks and snacks.

Good news about the Frecce 🇮🇹 trainsets:

After being withdrawn during the pandemic, now the third of the originally four daily Frecce between #Milano and #Trieste will be reinstated from 12 June. In addition, this will be the first one operated with an #ETR600 trainset.
