So, I had quite a bit of buffer in Munich to account for DB delays and my first train arrived mostly on time (only ca. 25 min late) so I still had plenty of time to visit the local trains!

Nothing surprising: generous bicycle spaces in regional trains, not so much in long-distance trains in comparison. But a little photo shooting is always nice! 📸🧵

BNSF Intermodal at Caliente
On Wednesday, May 15, 2013, BNSF Railway (BNSF) 4851 was leading a northbound intermodal train at around the horseshoe at Caliente, CA.
BNSF 4851 was a GE C44-9W. Reportedly it was built in 1998 serial number 50705.
