New year (well almost) and a new desktop manager on my trusty #workhorse of a laptop running #FreeBSD.
Feeling all #nostalgic and have a warm glow inside using Enhanced Motif Window Manger (#EMWM).
Who remembers Motif CDE and using fabulous systems like #HP_UX and Sun Sparc Workstations (to name a few)?
Gawd I miss those machines - happy days! 馃槉馃槉

Steve@alephoto85 yeah, getting to get used to use the key bindings and NOT to forget one ... That's the part. And if I have to to something fast ... I don't like to go through the inner fire, that appears when I get under pressure. ;)
I bet its fun and one day I will try ... Having a backup like you in parallel will be the way!
Looking at #Guix with #EMwm and #Scheme ... Now one introduced to the system could use it at all ... :D
For those who are into #Motif on #FreeBSD: My #EMWM ports are part of the ports tree now and they should be part of the next quarterly package builds.
