1. Despite the acceptance of some previous #Afghanistan rulers, ultimately, the will of the #people is decisive, and the legal validity of the Durand Line is insignificant compared to its political value.

2. Although most residents on both sides of the Durand Line are Pashtuns, this line has also created divisions between the #Hazaras and #Baloch people of #Afghanistan.
