Non era l’appartamento in cui viveva la donna ma quello che utilizzava per conservare, immagazzinare, accatastarle i suoi effetti, oggetti, prodotti acquistati. È stata trovata in mezzo alla sua roba, in uno spazio quasi irraggiungibile, la 57enne morta in centro a Verona. Sul posto sono intervenuti nella serata del 26 marzo Carabinieri e Vigili del Fuoco. Ancora in corso di accertamento le cause della morte della vittima.
L’allarme è stato lanciato dal compagno, perché la donna non era rientrata in casa. La porta era chiusa, entrare non è stato semplice. Per raggiungere e scoprire il cadavere, i soccorritori hanno dovuto spostare pacchi, buste, oggetti che ostruivano e invadevano ogni spazio. Si chiama disposofobia o disturbo da accumulo compulsivo la condizione psicologica che rende le persone incapaci a liberarsi degli oggetti e ad accumularli in maniera compulsiva e costante. È un disturbo ormai riconosciuto in maniera distinta da quello ossessivo-compulsivo.
Secondo quanto scritto da L’Arena di Verona, i militari sono risaliti alla posizione in cui si trovavano i due cellulari della dona, forse inciampata e rimasta sepolta viva dalla catasta di roba che aveva accumulato. Non è escluso che la 57enne sia stata uccisa, morta sotto il crollo improvviso di pile di oggetti. Potrebbe esser rimasta intrappolata sotto gli scatoloni senza riuscire più a respirare. I Carabinieri sono al lavoro per ricostruire la dinamica dell’accaduto e risalire alla dinamica del decesso.

It is not ruled out that the 57-year-old was murdered, dying under the sudden collapse of piles of objects. She may have been trapped under the boxes without being able to breathe anymore. The Carabinieri are working to reconstruct the dynamics of the event and trace the circumstances of death.
