排宿便是否有其事?
我只體驗一點,吃很少,不利排便。
吃很多也不利消化。
只有吃的剛剛好量、質,七分飽、原型均衡
順暢而且會健康變瘦。
膳食纖維、消化酵素哪些都試過。
並沒有顯著的看到效果。
只有適宜量變質變,變成大便,方是消化之道。
留超過一天多,就是宿便,但沒有幾斤宿便那種事情。
可以預見,隨年齡增長,廉頗、諸葛老矣,尚能飯否。
越來越沒有本錢亂吃、少吃、貪吃、暴飲暴食。
