Jessica 🏳️🌈Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner. It's not often i read non fiction but here we are. A book about a woman who loses her mum and how she falls in love with cooking Korean dishes which helps her tackle grief and feel close to her mum. I didn't personally find the book 'heart wrenching' like most reviewers but.. i have not experienced greif like that. I did like how the book through out told the true relationship between her and her mum and not just a sugar coated version. I also learnt a lot about kimchi 😂
I would recommend but be careful with the themes of loss and grief.
