गौ हत्या विवाद: फतेहपुर में IIT ग्रेजुएट ने गाय काटकर बनाया वीडियो, गिरफ्तार

Uttar Pradesh News: गौ हत्या विवाद ने फतेहपुर के अशोक नगर में तनाव फैला दिया। IIT मद्रास के पूर्व छात्र रोहन निषाद ने घर में घुसी गाय को काट डाला। उसने फूड व्लॉगिंग के लिए वीडियो बनाया। स्थानीय लोगों ने उसे रंगे हाथों पकड़ा। पुलिस ने रोहन को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। उसके पिता, रिटायर्ड मेजर मोहन निषाद, ने घटनास्थल को बुलडोजर से ध्वस्त करवाया। परिवार का दावा है कि रोहन मानसिक रूप से अस्वस्थ है।

मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर सवाल

रोहन निषाद ने विदेश में 18 लाख की नौकरी छोड़कर हाल ही में घर वापसी की थी। परिवार के अनुसार, उसकी मानसिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं है। उसका इलाज चल रहा था। गौ हत्या विवाद के बाद लोग हैरान हैं कि पढ़ा-लिखा युवक ऐसा कैसे कर सकता है। रोहन ने गाय पर कुल्हाड़ी से हमला किया और वीडियो बनाया। स्थानीय लोगों ने हंगामा किया, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में लिया।

पिता की शर्मिंदगी और बुलडोजर कार्रवाई

रोहन के पिता, रिटायर्ड सूबेदार मेजर मोहन निषाद, ने बेटे की हरकत पर दुख जताया। उन्होंने इसे अक्षम्य बताया। मोहन ने प्रशासन से अनुरोध कर उस आंगन को जमींदोज करवाया जहां गौ हत्या विवाद हुआ। घटनास्थल उनके घर से कुछ दूरी पर था। मोहन ने कहा कि वह अपने बेटे के कृत्य से शर्मिंदा हैं। स्थानीय लोगों ने भी इस घटना की निंदा की और कार्रवाई की मांग की।

पुलिस की कार्रवाई और जांच

गौ हत्या विवाद की सूचना मिलते ही राधानगर पुलिस, सीओ सिटी, और एसडीएम मौके पर पहुंचे। रोहन ने बीच-बचाव करने वालों को हथियार दिखाकर धमकाया। पुलिस ने उसे हिरासत में लिया और जांच शुरू की। वायरल वीडियो में रोहन गाय को काटते दिखा। फतेहपुर SP ने बताया कि स्थिति नियंत्रण में है। पुलिस रोहन की मानसिक स्थिति और मंशा की जांच कर रही है।

Madhya Pradesh News: मध्य प्रदेश के खरगोन जिले में बकरीद के अवसर पर गोवंश कुर्बानी की घटना ने तूल पकड़ लिया। चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के अंबा डोचा गांव में पुलिस ने सात आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया। पुलिस ने 32 किलोग्राम गौमांस और बछड़े के अवशेष बरामद किए। इस घटना से स्थानीय हिंदू संगठन भड़क गए और उन्होंने विरोध प्रदर्शन कर क्षेत्र में बंद का आह्वान किया।

पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई

चैनपुर पुलिस ने सूचना मिलते ही तत्काल कार्रवाई की। एसडीओपी राकेश आर्य ने बताया कि सत्तार अंसारी, अमीन अंसारी, इमरान अंसारी, जब्बार अंसारी, तनवीर अंसारी, अकबर अंसारी और रईस अंसारी को हिरासत में लिया गया। पुलिस ने पशु चिकित्सक से गौमांस की पुष्टि करवाई। नमूने को आगे की जांच के लिए प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया है। आरोपियों को कोर्ट में पेश किया गया, जहां से उन्हें न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया। पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, बछड़े को दो महीने पहले खरीदा गया था और इसे नाले के पास कुर्बान किया गया।

हिंदू संगठनों का आक्रोश

गोवंश कुर्बानी की घटना से हिंदू संगठन नाराज हैं। उन्होंने चैनपुर (झिरनिया) में बंद का आह्वान किया। संगठनों ने चैनपुर थाने में ज्ञापन सौंपकर इस धंधे से जुड़े अन्य लोगों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग की। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पुलिस से कड़ी कार्रवाई की अपील की। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि ऐसी घटनाएं सामाजिक तनाव को बढ़ा सकती हैं।

कानूनी प्रावधान और संवेदनशीलता

मध्य प्रदेश में गौवंश वध निषेध अधिनियम के तहत गोवंश कुर्बानी गैरकानूनी है। इस कानून के उल्लंघन पर सख्त सजा का प्रावधान है। खरगोन पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले की गहन जांच की जा रही है। स्थानीय प्रशासन ने क्षेत्र में शांति बनाए रखने के लिए अतिरिक्त पुलिस बल तैनात किया है। बकरीद जैसे संवेदनशील अवसरों पर प्रशासन ने पहले भी गोवंश वध रोकने के लिए सख्त निर्देश जारी किए हैं। मध्य प्रदेश शासन की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर इस कानून की जानकारी उपलब्ध है।

सामाजिक प्रभाव

इस घटना ने खरगोन में तनाव की स्थिति पैदा कर दी है। हिंदू संगठनों के विरोध और बंद के आह्वान से स्थानीय व्यापार और दैनिक गतिविधियां प्रभावित हो सकती हैं। पुलिस ने लोगों से शांति बनाए रखने और अफवाहों पर ध्यान न देने की अपील की है। क्षेत्र में सामुदायिक सद्भाव बनाए रखने के लिए प्रशासन और सामाजिक संगठनों के बीच बातचीत की जरूरत है।

पुलिस ने बताया कि मामले में और लोगों की संलिप्तता की जांच की जा रही है। बरामद गौमांस और अवशेषों की फॉरेंसिक जांच के नतीजे जल्द आने की उम्मीद है। स्थानीय निवासियों ने प्रशासन से ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए कड़े कदम उठाने की मांग की है।
