@crispius If you have pets or live in a dust prone area you may need to change filters more often. I made an outer covering for my sister’s #CorsiBox made of washable activate charcoal fiber. It catches the large dust, hair etc and lets the Mervs trap the #Covid and can periodically be removed and cleaned. It extends the life of the Mervs as well as trapping chemicals the Mervs don’t.

rhtunstall@Pineywoozle Yes, I built her a #corsibox and we replace the filters every six months. Think I’m gonna suggest doing so again.
I believe she somehow got infected through her eyes. We recently had a death in the family and she was crying a lot last week.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she just rubbed her eyes without washing hands once.
It’s clear that she got a low viral infection, so the mask and #corsibox filter definitely helped even if they didn’t prevent this one entirely.
