I'm trying to figure out how "if it's free, you are the product" applies to the Merlin app for identifying birds.
I have 0 interest in birbs but this thing is infecting me.
https://birdnet.cornell.edu/analyzer/

A #TreeSparrow? In #Dundonald?! 😳
The #Merlin app heard one among the usual suspects along the #ComberGreenway this morning.
I haven’t seen a Tree Sparrow for years and I suppose it could have been a House Sparrow with a cough but it’d be excellent if true 🤞🏻☺️

I switched on the #Merlin #app from #CornellLabs on my walk along the #ComberGreenway from #GrahamsbridgeRoad to #EastLinkRoad in #Dundonald and this is what it heard.
Not bad for a Thursday in #February 😎👍
