My work is starting an Annual Chili Cook-off.
First of all, I don't think they know what s cook-off is, as you are expected to (if you participate) bring it already made.
Secondly, there will be a lil trophy for the overall best judged chili. This is the perfect opportunity to have a person sitting on a toilet for the trophy.

Friday night preparations for the #TexasChili cook-off today. Way too spicy yesterday, but that’s normally what you want as most of the “raw” heat dissipates overnight, and instead adds depth in flavor. Turning out real well today. Some final touches before I go, and this is a good contender to win 🙂
