Update on my injured chicken:
She has been badly scalped. We cleaned the wound, patted it dry, and slathered it in Neosporin(regular).
We have been hand feeding her sugar water and a little salt water along with regular water from a syringe.
She is trying to get up and stand on her own. We have her in a cat cage to keep her from doing so. Shes a Indigo Gigante, even as a juvenile, shes a good sized bird.
Hopefully she pulls through
