I included a "luck" heuristic in my Cabin by the Sea implementation, because I'm always curious in randomized solitaire games how much luck plays into success. It's not perfect but it seems to track pretty well. A lower luck score means a theoretically easier deal. With a zero-luck deal, it would be trivial to get a perfect zero score.
