So there's that thing where people, in response to a concern or objection you raise, come back with "Just do [thing]."

I've seen it pointed out that the inclusion of the word "just" is a tell that they're judging you and dismissing your concerns and experience.

But I'm blanking on where I saw that. It smells like a Captain Awkward observation, but the string search is insufficiently distinct to pull up any specific results.

Anybody have a pointer?
