Rama's: a #Canberra institution. But also: emblematic of precisely what is wrong with Canberrans' dining tastes. So many other, more interesting/regional Indian places have come and gone, patronised mainly by Indians and ignored by the rest of us. Rasam in Civic is the most obvious current example (south Indian vegetarian, authentic breakfast dishes, weekend feasts and thalis). Sigh...
