* Over 300 specialist mental hospitals have opened to give sanctuary for #Gardai, judges, lawyers, and other personnel whose minds have collapsed due to Burke Exposure.
#EnochBurke will be in the #HighCourt next week to try to halt the #TeachingCouncil inquiry into his trespassing at his former school.
This is the old, familiar #BurkeFamily method, going back at least a decade. Run howling to court to try to stop any hearing that has power to find against The Burke. Then disrupt the court, and refuse to obey court orders. Then lie loudly and often about what happened. Repeat.
Jailed ex-schoolteacher #EnochBurke has been imprisoned for 707 days. It's time to expose the sinister conspirators who keep him behind bars.
The lead conspirator is Enoch Burke. He is jailed only for trespass. He could walk free just by promising to stop trespassing. That's all.
#Enoch could stand on the far side of the road and say all the same things, and the courts wouldn't bother him.
The other 5 conspirators are the #BurkeFamily, who encourage him to stay in jail.
@Pamela1960 AFAIK, #EnochBurke doesn't own a house. But that's where it gets interesting.
The #BurkeFamily does own a house. A large moden bungalow on the edge of Casrlebar. Probably worth the sharp end of €1million.
If the parents can be made jointly liable, the debt can be paid. But making them liable will not be straightforward.
And the courtroom dramas are over, for now.
The periodic High Court hearings to ask #EnochBurke whether he wants to leave prison are now held by video link. His disruptive mother Martina & sister Ammi are allowed to attend only by video.
For nearly 4 years, the #BurkeFamily has made the courts a circus. No more, except for the enforcement of costs of -~€600,000 which Burke owes to the school's insurers. Burke also owes ~€200,000 in fines for trespass.
#EnochBurke appears to be about to get what he wanted: disciplinary appeal concluded against him, without hearing his case.
Instead of presenting his case, the #transphobic extremist ex-teacher today chose his old game of shouting down the meeting until he was removed.
Since there was no appeal to assess, the appeal will be dismissed. Tthe #BurkeFamily will lie and lie and yell "unfair", but the legal battle will be over. Burke's salary will stop.

Ex-teacher ENOCH BURKE is jailed solely for #trespassing. He is not jailed for his views, or for anything he has said or not said.
Judges have repeatedly told #EnochBurke that he holds the key to his own prison cell, and may leave prison whenever he promises to stop trespassing. The judges have repeatedly tell him that he can say whatever he wants to say, but that he must not trespass.

But luckily, he can't disrupt the #HighCourt #IEHC any more. All his appearances are now on a video link, which gets cut if he kicks off. This also saves the cost of a van, driver, and escorting officer to bring Burke to and from the court.

#JusticeCregan called it a "family circus". Who wants to be caught up in that?
