Of course, #EnochBurke didn't come to the #HighCourt #IEHC today. So #MrJusticeCregan issued a warrant for Burke's arrest, to bring him to court on Monday morning to explain himself. https://archive.ph/F1zL5

That will be ~ the 45th court hearing in the Burke saga. The courts are far too indulgent. Burke had his chance to explain himself to the court this morning. When he does appear, he will resume his "I was just going to work" lies.

#Enough. Burke should be imprisoned without further hearing.

Its Friday. Two days since #EnochBurke was released from prison, and Burke's second day back trespassing at #WilsonsHospital school, in breach of the court order.

Burke is due in the #HighCourt #IEHC at 2pm for #MrJusticeCregan to hear an application by the school to return him to prison.

I assume that Burke will not attend, and that the Gardai will then take the best part of a week to catch him. #sigh

#EnochBurke is due back in the #HighCourt #IEHC at 2pm on Friday 16th, for a hearing on the application by #WilsonsHospital that Burke should be returned to prison. The judge will be #JusticeBrianCregan, who jailed Burke in November, but released him on Wednesday.

#EnochBurke is back #trespassing at #WilsonsHospital, defying an injunction, as he told the #HighCourt #IEHC he would do.

#Garda did not arrest Burke because they did not have a warrant. The school now has to send its barrister to court. The warrant will be issued, then Gardai will spend days hunting Burke.

The #BurkeFamily is being allowed to mock the High Court. The court needs power to issue pre-emptive warrants, to allow immediate arrest.

By releasing #EnochBurke now & returning him to prison when Burke again trespasses at the school, #JusticeCregan hopes to undercut Burke's inevitable claims that he couldn't prepare his case in prisom.

But Burke is a #liar who will shout "unfair" whatever happens. The real issue is that Cregan doesn't trust his fellow #HighCourt #IEHC judges to accept Burke's unpurged contempt as his own choice to sabotage his preparation. ๐Ÿ˜ž

FFS! ๐Ÿ˜ก in the #HighCourt #IEHC, the usually very sane #JusticeBrianCregan has released #EnochBurke from #Mountjoy. ๐Ÿ‘Ž

It's so that Burke has time to prepare for his case against the DAP. Cregan says that Burke will be promptly returned to prison if he trespasses on school property. But Burke says "If I am released from this court today, I will be at my workplace tomorrow". So why release him to restart the arrest cycle? ๐Ÿ˜ก
