#EnochBurke appears to be about to get what he wanted: disciplinary appeal concluded against him, without hearing his case.

Instead of presenting his case, the #transphobic extremist ex-teacher today chose his old game of shouting down the meeting until he was removed.

Since there was no appeal to assess, the appeal will be dismissed. Tthe #BurkeFamily will lie and lie and yell "unfair", but the legal battle will be over. Burke's salary will stop.

Ex-teacher ENOCH BURKE is jailed solely for #trespassing. He is not jailed for his views, or for anything he has said or not said.

Judges have repeatedly told #EnochBurke that he holds the key to his own prison cell, and may leave prison whenever he promises to stop trespassing. The judges have repeatedly tell him that he can say whatever he wants to say, but that he must not trespass.

Judge #BrianCregan said that Burke “has the keys to his own prison cell in #CastlereaPrison, just as he had in #MountjoyPrison”.

Burke is imprisoned by his own choice. The Prisons Act 2007 allows the #IrishPrisonService to move a prisoner from one prison to another..

As usual, Burke lied about why he is in prison. Burke also repeatedly tried to talk over the judge, but was muted.

But luckily, he can't disrupt the #HighCourt #IEHC any more. All his appearances are now on a video link, which gets cut if he kicks off. This also saves the cost of a van, driver, and escorting officer to bring Burke to and from the court.
