So it looks like Massachusetts is looking at a bill to allow cities and municipalities to to use ranked choice voting, and are looking for comments on the bill which has a hearing tomorrow (Nov 13)

We elected a Republican white bread baloney sandwich governor to "keep an eye on the Dem legislature" and he destroyed the subway.
This is awful, Charlie Baker was a disgrace.
Once considered the most reliable T subway line, now 43 percent of the Blue Line’s tracks — 5.37 miles — currently have defects, according to the T’s slow zone tracker. That’s up from just two percent, or 0.2 miles, on March 1.
More than an hour from Maverick to Kendall this morning people associated with the #MBTA system should be ashamed.
