Fun fact: I can bike faster down Garden St in the rain while stopping at every clogged storm drain to clear them up than people were driving in traffic (plus had a bunch of people using the bike lane in those few minutes pass me).

Even in the rain, biking is the best way to travel if you want to get somewhere on time
