Body Void plays a dreary, slow, and sludgy form of doom metal with absolutely no bright spot anywhere in sight, drifting into the abyss with steely determination. They are a trio at the moment, but the core of the band has been the pair of Eddie Holgerson on drums and Willow Ryan on everything else, including his guttural vocal delivery. They are very loud and very intense, with each song taking around 7 to 8 minutes (somewhat shorter run time recently), loaded with a grimy, gritty, gloomy, gut-wrenching noise that weighs heavy on the listener.
