Homemade Belgian Liège Waffles | ASMR

Don't Forget to Subscribe to My Channel ❤ Love you! https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0r4pk7f1T7ueHC0iydauHQ?sub_confirmation=1 Hello, my dear lovelies. I've been watching travel shows around Europe lately, and the first thing that got me is how vendors make freshly baked Belgian waffles during cold season in Belgium. It gave me an inspiration to try making these at home for today's video. I really like Belgian waffles over American style waffles. It has a lot of flavour and texture than the American ones. I also find it interesting how the sugar pearls get caramelised and make the waffle crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. Making these waffles at home made our entire place smells like sweet bread and butter. I used fresh yeast so it gave it that sweet and more prominent yeast flavour. I also love how this ended up because it's my first ever attempt in making Belgian waffles. My husband and I ate 5 waffles in a day which is crazy but it just goes to show how delicious these are. If you have extra waffles when you bake these, which I doubt you'll have, you can pop it in the freezer for a month and just bake or air fry it whenever you are ready to eat one. Here are the ingredients you can prepare ahead for this recipe: 300 grams of Flour 125 grams of Melted Unsalted Butter 125 ml of Whole Milk 30 grams of Sugar 20 grams of Fresh Yeast or 6 grams of Instant Yeast 1 medium Egg 1 gram of Sea Salt 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Paste 125 grams of Sugar Pearls I hope you enjoyed this video today. Thank you so much for watching. I'll see you again in my next food vlog. We picked up a #BelgianWaffle tonight at this little out of the way shop in #Seoul. It wasn’t too bad, although it wasn’t warm and that was a little disappointing.

I'm having a #Belgianwaffle with #chocolate #hazelnut spread for breakfast, and there's nothing any of you can do to stop me. 🍫
