Zuletzt zu Korea noch ein Kommentar zum Essen:
Es hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt, ich musste aber doch sehr mit dem Schärfegrad aufpassen. Alles was auch nur annähernd als scharf bezeichnet war, war für mich kaum noch zu essen. Zudem war es für meinen Geschmack dann doch oft etwas zu viel Fleisch. Das kostenlose Wasser und die große Menge an "Beilagen" waren aber auf jeden Fall eine gute Eigenschaft des Essens. Und falls jemand das Besteck sucht: Do ziemlich jeder Tisch hat eine Schublade mit allem was man braucht. Sehr positiv auch die wiederverwendbaren Metallstäbchen. Japan hat bei der Verwendung von Mehrweg noch etwas aufzuholen. #Seoul #Essen #Südkorea #Reise #deutsch

Day 5, Seoul, South Korea.
10 June 2025.
A visit to Bukchon Hanok Village.
Lots of old traditional houses, very peaceful.
I took this photo on the tea room rooftop there. It was overlooking the old clay roofs and in the background, the modern city.
This couple are dressed in traditional Hanbok dress.
Today, after days of issues, my two cameras both broke!
I later took them to a repair shop.
Will I see them again?

Day 4 , Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea, 9 June 2025.
Today was a "no plan let's get lost" day. So we wandered up the main road in the general direction of the K-Star Road. It is basically a road paying tribute to the Korean music and film industry. Lots of street art.
Then we wandered. It became a street art day.
I was having issues with my cameras at this time, so not many photos came out great.
Taken on mobile phone.

Day 3. Seoul, South Korea.
Some background of how this trip came.
Our daughter was at university in England studying Korean language & culture. She speaks it fluently. She was in Jeju for a years placement & I'd always wanted to go to Japan, so it was a perfect opportunity.
On this day last year, she returned back to Jeju to continue her studies. My partner & I were moving to a new apt near Gangnam. We then went to the huge Gwangjang Food Market. Tteokbokki! #Seoul #Korea #photography #travel
