having some thoughts about a campaign setting for #Amber rpg where the pattern has calcified large parts of the universe.

chaos has been pushed to the very edges, shadow realities are starting to bleed together, people appear as if cogs in a great machine, and the player characters are a new generation of Amberites who seem to have lost their memory and upbringing.

the unicorn calls out to the children of Amber, but otherwise appears to be imprisoned or perhaps wounded.
