It was #baking night yesterday. A #vegan #vanilla and #chocolate marble cake, an #Agege bread ( #Nigerian recipe for bread that resembles sliced bread) and a #sourdough bread. The cake and the Agage bread are recipes I had to# veganize. Sourdough is just flour, water and salt :)

@[email protected] Ha! I have the almost the exact same project in my kitchen right now. I just finished baking a #vegan marble vanilla-chocolate cake, and I've just put a nigerian-style loaf bread (#Agege) in the oven. More milky, as you say. I also have a sourdough fermenting right next to me as I write this. Waiting for it to ferment a bit more to do a last stretch and fold before putting it on the fridge. Going to bake it tomorrow morning.
