Torsten Frank on Instagram: "Between a rock and a wet place… Last weekend I took the Friday off and went south below Strasbourg to start into a Bikepacking Trip through the Vosges and to visit the Tour de France. I wanted to finally not only get at least one really long day in the saddle from morning to midnight under my belt again but doing it so for the first time with my Dropbar Exceed. And not only over tarmac (which I did later on to ride parts of the Belfort to Le Markstein stage and to reach Belfort on Sunday) but also over parts of the B2V (Black Forest to Vosges „Gravel“ route). Slight and then not so slight rain added to the test which was welcome because this whole weekend served at least in part as testing for Badlands (not that I hope or calculate with rain in that race but more for all around cope with the elements reasons).
