#HadakaShizenyoku in the #bush allows complete immersion in #Nature, #free from barriers. Walking #Naked among trees, feeling earth beneath, wind against skin, hearing birds & rustling leaves — this dissolves the perceived separation of the world. #Interconnectedness isn’t an idea but direct #experience; no boundary between #body & forest, breath & breeze. This is #awakening — realising one is not in #Nature but is #Nature, just as trees, rivers & sky are.
#HadakaShizenyoku, meaning ‘#Naked #Nature Bathing,’ is a core practice in #Mukyōhō #ZenBuddhism that directly engages with the #SixConsciousnesses to dissolve duality & reveal #Enlightenment in the present moment.
