Will not starve this week. Dinner is vegan puttanesca sauce over wild rice mix (from 21-Day Plant- Based Challenge, UC Davis (2016), Persian Green Herbed Stew (from Silk Road Vegetarian ) ( with dill, spinach, and parsley for greens) still simmering with dark red kidney beans to be added. Whole wheat bread just done — amped with oatflakes, barley flour, sesame seeds and wheat germ.
