NOTICE: iOS 26.4 and Drafts Sync Efficiency
TLDR; if you have not yet installed the iOS 26.4 update it might be best to wait a little while, because it includes a bug that makes Drafts sync (and other apps that rely on iCloud sync) less immediate. If you have installed this update, don’t worry too much. There’s no risk of data loss, you may just notice slower updates between devices.

Spring is in the air and I have been doing some #KeyboardMaestro spring cleaning recently.

It is spring and so the time to do some spring cleaning. Inspired by some recent amendments to Conductor, my Alfred workflow for Keyboard Maestro, I decided to tidy up some of my macros and macro groups. As part of that, I realigned some of my macro groups to my current conventions, and in this post, I’m going to share a few details about my approach.

I have just published a new Alfred workflow that might just help with that. It dynamically lists your available modes and lets you toggle them on or off with ease and without having to do things like create a switching shortcut every time you add or modify a focus mode.

We're back to a long one with lots of updates!
I've been beyond busy for most of 2025, but a bit of down time over the last few days means I've been able to throw a few days of effort at the Automators Podcast #Obsidian vault and put out the first update in over six months! At least it is one more before the year's out.
