Made this easy gluten free banana bread today and it worked out so well!!
2 cups gluten free flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 mashed really overripe bananas
xanthan gum 2 teaspoons
1/2 cup Psyllium husk
1/2 cup walnuts optional
Combine ingredients
Put into a cake tray lined with baking paper
Cook for 1 hour at 175 degrees
Tasty!
You can put in up to 3/4 cup of sugar if you want to
