Fellow #Oregonians: if your state representative and/or senator is still actually at work, now is the time to call each of them and leave a brief message of support for holding the line against the layabout GOP clowns who aren't showing up to this legislative session. Some #Democratic reps are considering caving to their tantrum and weakening crucial legislation. Tell them "No!" as loudly as you can. #Oregon's long-term health depends on it.

📣 Apollo will close down on June 30th. Reddit’s recent decisions and actions have unfortunately made it impossible for Apollo to continue. Thank you so, so much for all the support over the years. ❤️

Hey all, It's been an amazing run thanks to all of you. Eight years ago, I posted in the Apple subreddit [about a Reddit app I was looking for...

Welp deleted Apollo officially, deleted all my comments and posts off Reddit. It has been fun and it’s really sad they couldn’t figure out a way to work with 3rd parties API usage in a civilized reasonable manner. Reddit was a great news aggregator for me and I’ll miss that. Twitter is run by a maniac so mastodon is going to have to become my home. #reddit #redditapi #apollo 🫡

i don't want $3500 vr headsets to pretend to go places or $50000 cars to run minor errands. i want reliable public transit and to be able to walk around a city without dealing with random injuries from people doing the first two things
