Rodent (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=social.rodent) is an Android client for Mastodon that adds a few twists that differentiate it from other apps. To highlight some:
- Access instances without login in (if the instance allows it).
- Multi-instance view: quick flick between instances.
- Home summary, where new posts are condensed by author or tag.

New app update! v1.28 now adds all mentions in parent post (not only the post author) to the compose view in the create screen (i.e. reply all by default).
It also makes it easier to delete mentions while writing (see attached video).

New app update! Thanks everyone for your feedback.
- New OLED theme (pure black).
- Now it asks for notification permissions only once.
- Crash fix in media captioning.
Also, did I mention that replies can be collapsed by a long press (see attached video).

It has some unusual features including browsing servers other than your own.

It's been 9 months since the public release of Rodent but the adoption has been lower than expected. 74% of users who have tried the app have uninstall it (how bad is this?).
Do you have any clue about what could I change or improve to increase retention?
