Thank you, @LukaszHorodecki for all your work.
#pachli development focus for the next couple of weeks is supporting the new #FeaturedCollections feature in the latest Mastodon release.
This is probably going to drop in multiple Pachli Current releases over the next few weeks. https://github.com/pachli/pachli-android/issues/2319 tracks the work.
It also benefits from feedback from (in no particular order):
- @neatnit
- @_nibbles
- @quaff
- @RoastbeefHashTag
- @mariellequinton
- @juliemoynat
- @OrntLaOkro
- @rcr
- @DieSpastigerin
- @CatsOverPeople
- @dhamlinmusic
My thanks to everyone who contributed to this release, and apologies to anyone I missed.
# Pachli 3.7.0 is released
For full details of the new features and fixes in this release see https://pachli.app/pachli/2026/05/30/3.7.0-release.html?utm_medium=social&utm_source=mastodon&utm_campaign=release-3.7.0
#Pachli Current now highlights the hashtags you follow. Within a post any hashtags you follow are shown in bold. The info area above a post shows a hash-marker and the first followed tag in the post.
This helps answer the "Why is this post in my timeline?" question.
The attached screenshot shows an example with the #mastodev hashtag.
Thanks to @neatnit, @_nibbles, and @quaff for the suggestions about this.
Hi folks -- according to the analytics on https://pachli.app (umami.is, "No cookies, no tracking across sites, no personal data collection"), roughly 5% of this account's followers click through to read the release notes for each release.
If you're one of the 95% who isn't reading the release notes, and you have a bit of time, could you provide feedback on why you don't? I'd like them to be useful, and they highlight everyone else who has contributed to each release.
This release also includes translation updates:
- Irish by @aindriu
- Spanish by Juan M Sevilla
It also benefits from feedback from (in no particular order):
- @juliemoynat
- @reuterbal
- @badnetmask
- @ozoned
- @lufertec
My thanks to everyone who contributed to this release, and apologies to anyone I missed.
