Veteran video game score composer Bobby Prince has died at the age of 81.

Responsible for the sound track of some of the most seminal FPS games released in the early to mid 90's, his music was etched into the consciousness of countless gamers discovering early 3D worlds.

His score for Doom was inducted into the National Recording Registry in 2026.

Yesterday I posted here https://mas.to/@Judeau/116766638552246794 about being unable to source an old driver for a #PocketPC #Belkin #keyboard and I got to witness something quite special.

I had searched everywhere I could think of for the driver. Archive, Wayback, multiple old forums and PPC archives, even some Russian PPC sites and came up empty handed. There were no scans of the driver disc and none on Ebay to purchase.
