My mother used to #photograph with film rolls for #slides. And the fun thing about slides is, that colours are kept relatively well. Recently I found this photo (that I scanned) of the Kaiser Franz Josef Höhe and the Gross Glockner. It's from the late 1960s. I recognised that building. I've been there on my #cycling trip last year.

Allow me to present two ways of framing the same issue.
"World would save $5 trillion a year by switching to renewable energy"
"Oil and gas companies to lose $5 trillion a year by switching to renewable energy"
Oil and Gas is how much of our economy? How many jobs depend on it? How much do they make up of political donations.
I do not doubt a technocrats ability to analyze data and optimize a solution based on it. What I doubt is who he will optimize a solution for.
Digital sovereignty is of vital importance for data freedom. If governments and organisations use proprietary or pseudo-standard formats, they limit the tools that citizens can use to access data.
