I like long walks on the beach at sunset.

But I don't. Because effort.

Seriously though I'll try and use this for sharing snippets of hobby stuff, whether thats the Supertruck racing I've got involved with somehow, maybe guitar if I dust it off, or if I dig out the #ESP32 to go with #HomeAssistant on my #Proxmox box I just set up.

It will be stuff anyway. Hopefully interesting stuff. Things in #tech, #photography, #biking, #motorsport, #fountainpen, and other things I will no doubt need to add here when I remember or get reminded.
I touch computers in my spare time and self host things. Oh yeah so #selfhosting I guess.
In my other spare time I renovate my house and do #DIY stuff.

Oh and I (used to?) play music. As mentioned above a #Guitar I still have and sometimes play, #Saxophone I used to have a couple of decades ago, I had 6 months of Drum lessons, and played Bass for our school band in Rockquest in the late 90's.
I have never done anything that cool since.

It runs again. I'll order the proper head gasket but at least this means we can keep mowing our lawn.

And I will fit the replacement so I know it will last.

Sigh. This was entirely preventable, by someone that actually knows what they're doing.... doing the job. Its like 4 bolts, and 2 things threaded in to the head. Not difficult.

Now, where's my ball-peen hammer and paper to make a gasket.

Yay borrowing tools.... whenever either lending or borrowing, I inevitably end up fixing things. In this case, lawnmower head gasket which is going to get black building paper to get it going while I order the correct part. I know this head gasket has been replaced recently, but everything was almost finger tight. Im not surprised it failed on me
