Just finished every level of the Red Coin Remix in the Retrush mappack by @skysometric

If there's a good Mari0: AE mappack I'd recommend to people, it's this one. It progresses through many different level styles with a special gimmick in each one, but finishing all 16 levels isn't the end, as you can then play spiced-up versions of the levels, where you need to collect red coins. I particularly enjoyed the Red Coin Remix, even if Wasabi Wrap-up (D-4) was a bit difficult.

I get that there's a branding / license issue going on but .org is a GPL licensed project and should be treated with some respect.
