The change would cut around 27,000 lines of legacy code

@AnarchoNinaWrites The EU already has a mutual defense clause - Article 42.7 - which they're now (about 17 years after they all agreed to it...) trying to figure out the mechanisms of (finally).
So, they don't even need a new agreement - they just need to settle what the one they already have looks like in practice.
The fact is, there is literally nothing stopping European leaders from forming their own Pan-European military alliance to protect against Russian, or dare I say US, military aggression. You already do cooperation just like this through the EU, and UN peacekeepers, and your law enforcement agencies are integrated on a level that makes American murderpigs jealous. You know how to do this, without us - and we ARE the clear and present danger now.

*shrugs*

You will forgive me for being frank, but we're all out of time for bullshit:

the purpose of NATO was to bind your military to the US military; that's literally functionally how it worked. Now maybe you thought that was a good deal at the height of the Cold War, I'm not here to judge - but surely you realize it's not a good deal now, yes?

NATO is about American control, and thus it isn't, as presently constructed, helping you and Trump's threats to quit are meaningless.

This, in a nutshell, is why it is dangerous that all liberal media is now setting up shop on Bluesky.

We have a critical midterm coming up and these important voices are willfully submitting to a censorship regime run by crypto VC tech bros.

Edit: Seems like this was not a deliberate act. See clarification in reply below.

New level of enshittification unlocked. Some of the jobs I'm applying for are now adding my email from my job application to their marketing emails to buy their services.

I'm noticing more often submitting a job application now requires you to accept a fucking Terms of Service before you can submit it.
