SOURCE — primary or secondary?
NORMALIZATION — duplicate or original?
EVENT vs NARRATIVE — fact or interpretation?
ACTORS — who communicates, who benefits?
INCENTIVES — cui bono?
MANIPULATION — fear, urgency, vague sources?
CROSS-CHECK — independent or just repeated?
SCORING — relevant, reliable, distorted?
DECISION — ignore, monitor, investigate.

I stopped following news I considered serious . I realized it was built to keep us engaged, not informed. Anger holds attention. Confirmation feels good. It's not a conspiracy, it's an economic model.
I reduced consumption and increased verification. The immediate reaction became a warning signal, not an invitation to share.
