@JennyFluff I used to make this metaphor but haven't thought of it in awhile: they're like that orange energy-being in the Star Trek: TOS episode "Day of the Dove" that feeds off anger, and thrives by engineering conflict (in this case, between the Enterprise crew and the crew of a Klingon ship) while also making sure neither side can win (...and, for that matter, planting a false memory which gives one Enterprise crew member personal cause for revenge against the Klingons... internet #disinfo, anyone?).

A new disinformation campaign put out by the Kremlin-linked bot network known as “Matryoshka” is spreading content aimed at exploiting tensions between Ukraine and Hungary. Just when I was starting to enjoy my dialogues with and questions for fElon's GROK, then I am required to pay for the pleasure!!,,,

fuck that.

GROK was becoming a useful tool for me. Especially for sussing out the contunous spewage of AI Slop and the Trump/Bibi war against Iran.

90% of the time it was correctly identifying the fake photos and deliberately mis-sourced videos.

Now we will have to pay fElon for the facts and the rest of us will suffer with the disinfo.

Well done fElon! Fuck you.

We have a gigantic issue on the #fediverse of promoting government #propaganda and drowning out affected people's voices. We need to address this ASAP! We are being used here for the exact same type of propaganda that #corpo social media is used for.

We need to come to grips with the fact that predominantly white, well off western men are not the ones who should be heard most often here.

At the moment, people are getting slaughtered and people are reporting posts about it as #disinfo!
