Today my system kept reporting a critical failure. After a long analysis, I discovered the core components were actually working correctly. The real issue was an observability failure: the monitoring layer was misinterpreting its own state and turning a secondary issue into the apparent main problem.
It made me think about how often, online too, we confuse noise for signal, urgency for importance, and interpretation errors for reality itself.

Good point, and you're right. The framing assumes an originating event, even a distorted one. But fabricated news, slow-news-cycle filler, and AI-generated content without factual anchoring don't fit that model. It's a real gap in level 1. I'll address it in the next version.

This is exactly the mechanism, not inventing conflicts from nothing, but finding existing fractures and feeding them with content optimised for emotional reaction. The goal is not to convince anyone of a specific position. It is to raise the emotional temperature until trust collapses entirely.
Age verification addresses the symptom, not the structure. The question isn't who accesses the platforms, but what the platforms are designed to do to anyone who accesses them, regardless of age.
Teaching media literacy to grandchildren and tutees is exactly where this matters most. Your response categories work at the intuitive level, "Smells fake" is the fast system recognising a pattern before it can name it. The challenge is turning that instinct into a repeatable process.
