Auschwitz Memorial28 August 1865 | A Jewish man, Karl Leopold Kirchner, was born in Skuodas (now Lithuania). In 1907 he emigrated to Norway.
He was arrested in February 1943 in a Jewish elderly home. He was murdered in a gas chamber in #Auschwitz after arrival selection on 3 March 1943.

He was deported from Oslo to Auschwitz on 24 February 1943 with his mother Eva. They arrived at the camp on 3 March 1943 and were murdered in a gas chamber after the selection.
