MSCA fellow at the University of Amsterdam 🇳🇱. I am studying hybridising wood ants and their adaptive potential to cope with climate change. I am also interested in the behaviour, social structure, and ecology of (wood) ants 🐜. If I am not working, I love 🏔️👟, watch series, enjoy nature and other arthropods such as 🦋🐝🕷️. I am also the coordinating editor of https://blog.myrmecologicalnews.org/, #scicomm; he/his; 1st gen scientist.

Thanks to all people at IBED and especially EPB at the University of Amsterdam for the amazing time. The last couple of months have been a blast. 🥳 I'm sad to be leaving for now but already looking forward to the next visit. Now, very excited for field work for a vacation followed by field work at the University of Helsinki.
