Obviously I’m feeling it a little this morning, despite a good stretching session last night, I can take the aches, though
I’m absolutely not an athlete at all, but I’m incredibly proud of this run yesterday. 5 mins/km has been a bit of a mental stumbling point since I started running again, and to break it in 3 separate splits, and get so close to 5 mins/km on average over 6km is a real achievement for me (especially since I’m still recovering a knee and lung capacity since covid). The benefit of having a chaser to keep you pushing!

Since gun defenders are currently not interested in compromise at all, no compromise should be sought. Gun defenders should be told, should they ever want to compromise, the offer is a sweeping national gun reform bill. We'll compromise.
