I’m absolutely not an athlete at all, but I’m incredibly proud of this run yesterday. 5 mins/km has been a bit of a mental stumbling point since I started running again, and to break it in 3 separate splits, and get so close to 5 mins/km on average over 6km is a real achievement for me (especially since I’m still recovering a knee and lung capacity since covid). The benefit of having a chaser to keep you pushing!
