lately i've been taking tests for a position as a 911 operator. it's been stressful as heck and the more tests i take the more nervous i become because what if i pass? then i start the months long process of training, going back to school essentially. and then what happens after that? do i shadow someone? this is the type of position where i can't be making any mistakes and i have to be quick at what i do.

but then last night i applied for a part time position at the library. that sounds nicer.
