@MsMerope same. 80 in the house here rn. I thought turning the recirculating feature of the system on would help but we didn't even get down to 79. It's my own fault. I forgot to clean the AC unit this weekend and I'm too nervous to turn it on without thoroughly inspecting it and the surrounding area. Maybe my on-spring-break offspring will get too hot tomorrow and clean it while I'm at work.
I'm one of those annoying #Gardening people who takes their gloves off and drops their implement where they currently are to go in and get water. Then I come back out and can't figure out where I left anything. 🤦♀️ Currently wandering around looking for my pick axe and gloves. May give up soon and sift worm bins.
@Nikolas I grow garbanzo beans every year so I absolutely love this. Thank you for sharing. I'm wondering how they'll process them? Every summer I joke that if the average human needed to process their own garbanzo beans, they wouldn't eat them....Your fingers get all sticky. You work a long time and don't have much to show for yourself. And for the most delicious hummus one needs to soak the beans and then peel them, lol. It's a whole thing for sure.
It's weird that if we as patients are late for our appt sometimes the Dr won't see us. But if the Dr is late, nothing happens. They don't apologize. We don't get a refund. We don't get our time back. We don't get a piece of candy. Just SOL. I've been sitting in this extremely cold exam room for 45 min. I was the first appt. And yes, the Dr is here. 😒
A #Cricket started chirping SUPER LOUD at about noon and has not stopped. We are now in hour 5. I know almost nothing about these insects, but based on how loud it is, I imagine it's the size of a small cat 🤭🎧
