today i feel like "fuck everyone and everything, i had more than enough. ill drop out of this sick system and wont reproduce this shit anymore before im going to hurt me or someone else."
is this normal or am i ill?

not even an hour ago i was in a really really anxious mood for more than a year and the reason for that is a missunderstanding about my health.

its really important to talk to each other and point things out.
if you hear someone talking nonsense: please correct them and more important: prove it!

If the computer is a prosthetic (and it is) then this means we legitimately have to be careful about what software we run, because we are deciding what to make part of our selves, part of our minds
before trying to fix a #problem, look for the "holes" in your life and fill them with constructive alternatives that meet your underlying #needs

Your #body and #mind crave a specific satisfaction, and simply removing the #habit leaves a void that can lead to relapse. instead: identify what need the habit fulfills. whether it is sugar, stress relief, or social connection and find a positive activity that fills that same gap. This approach applies to everything from #addiction and #mentalhealth to physical #fitness

all the global #health systems are facing the same problems worldwide. the hole #system is #broken and its going to #crash slowly. dont feel ashamed for your #mentalhealth .

of course, we all face individual challenges, but there is a massive shared issue: #fear of the #future, lack of safety, and the overwhelming pressure of the entire system. we are just humans; it is natural to feel #depressed right now. it would actually be concerning if everyone felt great during such turbulent times.

i think right now is a good time to group up with peeps. its just the beginning.
im going to rest for a while
live as relaxed as possible.
