Playing with shaders in #godotengine. The sky and ground is a single screen-facing quad that also writes to depth buffer so objects vanish over the horizon properly, although there is also a mesh for shadows. The world is just flat square and wrapped around a sphere radially from the camera position using another shader. Still working out how to let you walk around it and add physics. Feeling too #depressed to really care tho so its been a bit of a slog.

First and foremost, the photo was taken near where I live. And perhaps the photo also reflects the mood I was in then, a couple of years ago and am a little bit today. A little lost and lonely. I was feeling really emotionally lost and went for a walk when I came across this boy. He looked lonely, standing there all alone in a remote meadow. He was seeking contact at the fence. I understood him completely...
Today it's grey and wet and I don't even want to leave the house.

I held out for years, trying to be good, but I kept getting bigger, and hairier, and hornier. By age 16, I was ready to have a child, without hesitation. Your efforts to prevent me from ever interacting with a female who felt the same way were admirably successful though, and now I have to die forever alone. So thanks for that. #depressed
