This product attaches to a handheld power drill and then inserts into a jar of peanut butter to stir the separated components/oils of a natural, artisanal, organic butter. Can you imagine the person who owns only one each of the standard utensils - but then also has the need to stir so much peanut butter that they are dedicating 25% of their entire drawer to a device which primarily stirs peanut butter? I'm putting together a whole backstory for this guy, who I can assure you leads a rich life.

1266 total grams of no knead sourdough, one loaf baked in a Dutch oven and the other in a small Pullman pan. Very happy with the results!

This is pretty much the recipe, the only change is I substituted 50 g of rye for bread flour. The gluten structure is almost a foam, really light! I shortened the bake to 40 minutes because I split the dough.
